Agreement

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products and Services

We supply custom-branded merchandise and promotional products. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon payment or approved deposit. Prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. A 25% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before dispatch.

Artwork and Design

You are responsible for providing artwork you have the right to use. Approval of mockups constitutes acceptance of the design for production. We are not liable for errors in approved artwork.

Production and Delivery

Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, freight, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

Refunds and Cancellations

See our Refund Policy for details. Orders in production cannot be cancelled without our agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
