Shipping policy
Overview
All orders are custom-manufactured to order. Lead times and shipping are estimates and may vary.
Production Lead Times
- Standard production: 10–15 business days after artwork approval
- Rush production: Available on select products — contact us for availability and surcharge
Lead times begin from the date artwork is approved, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping to New Zealand
- Standard domestic freight: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Express options available on request
- Freight costs are quoted at time of order
International Orders
We can arrange international delivery. Freight costs, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us for a quote.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided via your client portal or by email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your delivery arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@littlegems.kiwi within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
