What's the minimum order quantity?

This varies by product. Many items are available from as few as 25 units. Some products require higher minimums. We'll confirm MOQ when you enquire.

How long does production take?

Lead times depend on the product and your location. Most standard branded merchandise takes 2–4 weeks from artwork approval. Rush options may be available — ask us when you enquire.

Can I see a sample before committing?

For larger orders, we can arrange pre-production samples. Blank samples of some products are available on request. Sample costs and lead times vary.

What artwork formats do you accept?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). High-resolution raster files (300dpi+) are also accepted for some print methods. We'll let you know if your artwork needs adjustment.

Do you handle freight and delivery?

Yes. We ship across New Zealand and can arrange international delivery. Freight is quoted per order based on weight and destination.
